1) How to add a page

There are two ways to add a page:

1) Create a completely new empty page: From the Site Edit page, select the 'Site Pages' tab on the left side of the window - its a vertical tab with round corners below your site name. Page manager area will display. Click on the 'Add Page Icon' at the top of this area. The 'Page Settings' window will display. Name your new page, select a page layout and color scheme and then save.

2) Copy an existing page: From the Site Edit page mouse over the page manager icon, and from the sub menu select 'Copy Page'. For more information about using the copy page feature please see the article on this topic.

Helpful hint: There is no way to add a page by editing the site menu. Adding a menu option is not the same thing as adding a page.

2) Page name

Form more information about changing the name of an existing page, please see the article about using the Site Edit page.

Helpful hint: The page name will also be displayed in the site menu as navigation to access this page. Page settings also has a field labeled 'page description. Page description can optionally be displayed in the site menu also.

3) Page Layouts

Page layouts give you options for the arrangement of your content items on a page. When you create a page you can select a particular page layout. If you do not, a default layout will be assigned. For more information about page layouts see the article on layout and moving items.

4) Page Color schemes

Page color schemes default to the option selected when the site was created, but can be changed for each page. To change the color scheme of a page: From the Site Edit page, select the page you wish to change, then mouse over the 'manage page' icon and select the 'layout' option. The 'Layout window' will display. Below the layouts you will see the color options available to you with this template. You might also consider specifying background colors yourself. For more information about background options please see the article on the subject.
